Notes:

  • I was leaning toward using my COVID-19 run schedule (rest Monday, run Tuesday/Wednesday, rest Thursday, run Friday/Saturday/Sunday) even though taking Mondays off makes me crazy, but I had to move my Friday run day to Thursday this week and thought… what if I ran 3 days in a row and took every fourth day off for the month? Would that work? I might try it! I think I am going to be pretty tired every third day. I’ll see how it goes.

  • Monthly recap! In August I ran 52 miles (11 runs). It was a low mileage month because my high mileage June and July gave me an overuse injury in my right hip (but I feel better now!). My coldest run was 57°F and my warmest was 78°F. I rode 30 miles (2 rides). I walked 13 times. I did 10 strength workouts at home.
