Notes:
- My work and social schedule was a bit nutso this week/weekend. I’m glad I woke up extra early several days to fit runs in, but that’s not sustainable for me. I need more than six hours of sleep a night, on average.
- I was exhausted a lot this week – on Thursday, after two crazy days in the office. On Friday, when I woke up feeling super sick to my stomach (again, like last week). On Sunday, after going to bed at 3:00 am (duh). Hopefully things are more normal next week!
- All that being said, all my workouts felt great this week!
- My Sunday run was my first one outside this year in shorts and a tee, and it felt amazing. Yay!
But it sounds like Saturday’s run was really cold – brrr! I am amazed you can do 15 miles in those temps.
Actually, there was almost NO wind so it felt great! I had on long sleeves with warmers over it, and a vest and felt great!!! But yeah, those temps could be MUCH worse with wind!
It looks like you had some beautiful views during your runs last week! But yeah, it definitely sounds like more sleep is in order. Hope you get to catch up on the sleep this week 🙂
I already am! I slept in past 6 am today WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT! 🙂 I will run after work 🙂
You are really getting back up there with the miles for running…glad its feeling good 🙂 SO cold, omg.
Yeah! I may go for 50 this week so I am at 200 for the month! Muah ha ha. (And work is stressing me out so much; running helps). LOL! It was not that bad!
I always love the running horizon shots you get – makes me want to try that, but then I remembered that mine would mostly be a black screen because I run in the dark, LOL.
Thanks! And LOL! You should start posting those to prank me 😉 I would love to see some of your vistas though!
