Notes:

  • We had such beautiful late summer weather Monday night for my run. Sunny but a bit of a cool breeze… perfect!
  • My new Garmin watch is really smart and makes suggestions on my workouts. It knows my base level and often suggests realistic paces. It suggested I rest on Wednesday though… and I really don’t think I need to rest after walking the day before. Wednesday was cool and foggy – really nice running weather!
  • ^ I wrote that Wednesday then took a rest day the next day. Ha!
  • I felt the urge to be lazy on the weekend and skip running and walking, but I did it! Woo hoo, go me! (It’s crazy how different I am from how I used to be with exercise, eek!)
