Wednesday | September 7, 2022: 2.25 m walk (w/Steven)
Thursday | September 8, 2022: 3 m run (.15 WU & .25 CD)
Run location: VP Woods, Temp: 59°/71°, Difficulty: easy, Felt: good
Friday | September 9, 2022: 2.3 m walk
Saturday | September 10, 2022: rest
Sunday | September 11, 2022: rest

Notes:

  • I was going to run farther Monday but I screwed around too much on my walk part making a reel! I need to stop that.
  • Steven was working from home on Wednesday and went on my walk with me and then we had a picnic lunch. It was nice to have company and get out of the house together.
  • Thursday was my longest run since early July! Yay! And I felt good.
  • I was doing really well with working out every day but totally lost steam this weekend after sleeping really poorly Friday night.
