Notes:

  • I felt sore from my strength workouts this week – yay! I’m going to tell myself it’s from working hard and not from slacking in previous strength workouts. Hee hee.
  • Gah, I learned the hard way you can bonk a walk on Friday. I had a banana before I went, but at mile 2.7ish of 4 I was feeling super low on energy, and I already ate the emergency gel in my car a few weeks prior. Time to restock!
  • My knee felt a lot better this week and I was thinking about treating myself to a run over the weekend, but when I got up Saturday I twisted it and it felt funky, so I thought I’ll just give it two full weeks of rest (until next Tuesday).
