Notes:

  • I ran on Tuesday! My breathing was okay and my knee didn’t hurt, but my gait was a bit off and my left leg locked up a few times when I landed on it goofy. Womp.
  • So I waited a few days to run and ran Saturday. My gait was still a bit off, but I think it might be because I am shuffling and not picking up my feet much. I felt better in the third mile when I picked up my feet (or maybe because I had warmed up?). I’ll try again next Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • I met Anne for a walk Sunday and we had a lovely time! I need to do as many walk dates as possible before it’s too cold to meet people outside!
  • Monthly recap! In October I ran 27 miles (6 runs). It was a low mileage month because I took time off because my left knee felt like it wasn’t tracking right. My coldest run was 35°F and my warmest was 50°F. I walked 11 times. I did 10 strength workouts at home.
