Notes:

  • I was so excited to see Brittany Runs a Marathon was on Amazon Prime last week! I enjoyed the film, and it made me feel inspired to eat healthier and train better (just not this week?!?!). SPOILER!!! I am surprised they showed her running a 8:49 mm pace marathon though, when they showed her running “so slow” in the beginning that children walking were passing her. Come on. Not buying THAT.
  • I had more free time this weekend to work out because crappy weather made it so we couldn’t work on the garage… but crappy weather. Sigh. I need to get back in gear. Lately, I just want to sleep as late as possible on the weekends before we start working. I should get up and do SOMETHING.
  • Monthly recap! In November I ran 79.2 miles (17 runs). My coldest run was 21°F and my warmest was 50°F. I taught 9 strength classes, and 2 fitness boxing class. I did one race – the Wauconda Turkey Trot.
