Notes:

  • Ha, I almost didn’t make it to teach class Monday night! I worked in the city (I usually don’t on Mondays) and the train I took to teach was running 23 minutes late. Luckily, my boss set up all my equipment for me, and I still had time to change and press play on my playlist right at the 6:30 pm start time!
  • My runs are such garbage lately. For two reasons – I’m not eating well, and I’m doing extra physical labor (working on the garage). Tuesday’s run started out SO MEH. The bottom of my feet hurt, and I was wearing newer shoes so it’s not a shoe issue – my feet are sick of me being on them a lot of the time. The run got better, but I still cut it short.
  • We had a lot of fun at the three strength classes I taught this week. I love the classes where we’re making jokes and laughing, but still working hard.
  • Dad is visiting to help with the garage and he rode with me for part of my Sunday run, yay!!! I was hoping we’d get to work out together as much as when he was here to help in October, but it’s about to get really cold here – too cold for him to be on his bike. Blah.
  • Today is my runniversary! I have been running consistently for thirteen years. Woot!
