Notes:

  • I felt really good on my Tuesday morning run, and was surprised to see my watch tell me my performance condition was -7! That’s the lowest I’ve ever seen. Hmm.
  • These lower temps and running with someone have been great for my running speed! I loved all my runs with Dad. I’m grateful he wanted to ride with me, and grateful I could take so much time off work.
  • Storms and winds brought in a 30 degree temperature drop on Friday, and whoa, the wind on Saturday was intense. There were white caps on the lake I was running around, and the wind made it feel like it was in the 20s. Better than being too hot and getting mosquito bites, though! Hopefully we don’t go right in to windy all the time and get a few more enjoyable fall days.
