Notes:

  • This was a dreary & meh, overly busy week. I felt tired and chose sleep when I could (over running –  sadly, not over work, ha). At first I was trying to figure out ways to still get mileage in over the weekend, then I looked at my training and saw I haven’t had a cutback since the end of February! And I have some longer runs planned for next week, so cutback week, it was!
  • That’s been the nice thing about not racing this year – not having to do taper then recovery weeks with lower mileage as often. But it’s still good to do a recover/cutback week every now and then! Right?! Right.
