Notes:
- On Monday Steven and I walked on a grass trail we never had before, and I was like “let’s watch out for ticks!” The way out was fine, then I had 14 on me on the way back. FOURTEEN. Disgusting. I didn’t know they like light colors and they kept getting on my pink shoes. And one on my leg. And one in my sock. *shudders*
- I ran Tuesday midday right after the dentist and my mouth was SO dry. I am not sure if it’s from the dentist or it being warmer and sunnier out, but I need to start carrying water for ALL runs!
- Saturday morning was such a beautiful morning for a run! I felt great! I will look back on this run fondly when it’s hot AF outside!
- I met my friend Kris for a walk Sunday and we hadn’t discussed distance… last time we walked 5 miles so I figured we did to that again – we walked 7.6 miles! And chatted non-stop for two hours. I’d love if we could do that once a month.
- I still have that knot on the back of my left leg. Meh. It’s getting smaller, and ice helps. Although I did give myself frostbite last night so that’s not great.
