Notes:

  • Should I even note when I roll my ankles anymore? Ha. On Thursday’s very wet run I rolled my left ankle on a soft trail but recovered fine. Ugh. Come on, Kim. The rest of my run was fine though.
  • I miss running more and faster but am not putting the work in at all – while running or with my diet, so, yeah. I know what changes I need to make if I want to!
