Notes:
- Should I even note when I roll my ankles anymore? Ha. On Thursday’s very wet run I rolled my left ankle on a soft trail but recovered fine. Ugh. Come on, Kim. The rest of my run was fine though.
- I miss running more and faster but am not putting the work in at all – while running or with my diet, so, yeah. I know what changes I need to make if I want to!
Sigh on the ankles.
Have you seen a PT or someone to see if there is a structural reason for the continued rolling? Or, perhaps some weakness they could help correct?
New shoes? (think I mentioned that before…)
Not running on soft surfaces since I think your ankles hate them? 🙂

I am wearing new shoes though. And I switched to mostly trails for my knee, but paved would be better for rolling!
