Notes:

  • When I checked the weather Wednesday am and it said it was 60 degrees I thought my app was wrong. It wasn’t! It was nice to have a warm run in the middle of November.
  • Ha, I ran Friday’s run during when I would normally be eating lunch and I felt so weak at the end of my run! Oops.
  • It was nice to get out for a walk with Steven. We often want to, but make other tasks a priority.
