Notes:

  • It was super warm at the beginning of the week, then fall weather finally arrived, yay!
  • My runs have felt easy, thankfully! My ankle is still recovering, but running and walking does not bother it.
  • I’ve been doing runs on my lunch break which is great – I can get more sleep in the am and have time for whatever after work.
  • Kathie and I met up to walk and it was so nice to walk and chat with a friend. And I loved bundling up in capris, long sleeves, and a puffy vest.
