Notes:

  • I was feeling so good on my cool Wednesday run and was excited to see if I’d end up running more in September than August (I didn’t by 2 miles), when I tripped on nothing on the same spot I did last month, and felt like my ankle snapped in half. Normally I run off rolling my ankle but I had to stop for a bit. It really hurt. So Thursday was a rest day! And most of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday too. It swelled up for a few days and is finally starting to feel better, but still a bit sore, today.
  • I was a bit annoyed because at the beginning of the week I made a goal to do something active each day and I really couldn’t. Oh well.
  • Monthly recap! In September I ran 50.7 miles (15 runs). I walked 5 times, hiked once, went kayaking once, and did 4 strength workouts.
