Notes:

  • I wanted to check out this trail around Lake Superior by our rental before we left on Monday but it was mostly closed (and diverted on to a road without lake views). Womp womp. Maybe next time!
  • My plan is still to run every other day, but I wanted to align my every other day to have my Friday off (this upcoming Friday) be a run day, so I did two days in a row this week to get on that schedule.
  • It feels way too early to be annoyed with the wind, but whoa, Thursday’s run had one of those “push you around” winds and I was NOT there for it.
  • I felt great on my Saturday run! We had a fabulous running temp (high 40s) and no wind and I got to see the sunrise, yay!
  • I have to count my Sunday activity (helping Rachel clear fallen trees and branches from their yard) as strength since mine has been abysmal. Eek.
  • This week was kind of busy and I am just NOT prioritizing my workouts lately. I think I would feel a bit better physically and mentally if I did, so let’s see if I change anything!
