Notes:

  • It was mostly walks this week while my knee heals. It’s feeling better, so that’s great, but it’s not quite ready to run on. I can go up the stairs more normally, and I’ve tested out running, but I want to wait until it feels more natural.
  • When Bobbi and I walked on Tuesday it was almost 80°. Craziness! I’m glad we could get out and enjoy that weird summer weather together.
  • Ha, Steven and I saw we had thirty minutes before it would rain to walk Wednesday after work so we went to our street to walk… and immediately got poured on. Womp Womp. I did a short strength workout instead then felt unreasonably mad when the sun came back out.
  • I am also unreasonably upset seeing others run right now. Come on Kim, it’s been a week and a half!
  • I finally tried the Lululemon Wunder Train HR Tight that I got from the Ali on the Run Virtual Live Show swag for walking, and they feel great. Holy cow though, I did NOT realize they were so expensive until I looked up that link!
