Notes:
- I really didn’t want to work out after some work days this week but I did something… and that’s something!
- I was too lazy to run Thursday so I got on my bike and since I hadn’t in a long time it hurt my sit bones SO BAD. I only lasted 30 mins!
- On Friday morning I did a 4+ mile rock hiding walk and my watch didn’t count any of the steps. Which made me so mad. Grrr. Sigh. I always make sure my step counter is working before I start an activity. To retaliate, I turned that screen off on my watch and in Garmin Connect. I don’t really use steps as a metric anyway.
- We had more super cold temps with dangerous windchills and apparently I am too lazy to run in that anymore! I hope I run at least 3-4 times next week! Eek!
I love that you include shoveling as a workout – I definitely agree with that! It is hard work!
It is! It’s like a strength workout for me!
