Notes:

  • We had another week of dreary skies and mild temps! Ha, the two days the sun came out were my rest days.
  • We traveled Friday and Sunday and I didn’t prioritize working out those days but I was glad to run in my hometown and to screw around with weights with my brother-and-law and nephew on Saturday!
