Highlight of the Week: Doing every workout with someone!

Notes:
- I quit our run early on Monday. Whatever is going on with my right hip is causing my gait to be completely wonky. I am not in pain, but continuing to run with that gait will cause pain so I am calling it! No running for a while. I tested out a little ten second run this Friday and it already felt better.
- I didn’t strength train for the last two weeks because of my schedule with guests, and laziness. Time to get back to it next week!
- I really enjoyed doing cross training with guests though – walks with Gina, Steve, and Luca, and a walk and a ride with Dad! Back to all solo workouts this week.
- Monthly recap! In July I ran 194.7 miles (19 runs). I did 1 hill repeat session and 1 speed session. My coldest run was 63°F and my warmest was 85°F. I had my highest weekly mileage ever – 72 miles – which is also why my hip is a bit messed up now, ha. I did 7 strength workouts at home.
