Notes:

  • I was excited to listen to the radio during my morning weekday runs. I’d prioritized catching up on podcasts during my workouts, and I missed the weekday morning hosts and their silly banter.
  • It was so fantastic to walk with Kathie on Wednesday. What a treat to talk to another human being IN PERSON!
  • I had a lot of fun walking with Steven on Saturday morning, too. We went on a little adventure after and it felt like a date.
  • AND I AM SO GLAD TO BE RUNNING AGAIN! My gait doesn’t feel awkward at all, I’m just going slow, which makes sense, since I haven’t been running, or doing speedwork, or losing weight. Ha. My plan for next week is to run 5 days, between 25-30 miles.
