Notes:
- I’d like to do my speedwork before work on Tuesdays, but I’m not very awake! Maybe it will get better after a few weeks if I keep at it…
- I sped up at the end of my midweek long run, and I felt speedy on my Friday long run too! I think that speedwork (and running more) is helping!
- This was the weekend Gina and fam were going to visit and we were going to run the Milwaukee Half (among other things!). I decided not to run the virtual half. I hope they are able to visit in the fall or next spring so we can try again!
- I ended up running my highest mileage week since last June! That was not planned – I felt good so I ran a lot this week. I don’t plan to run as much next week!
