Notes:
- Ha, I thought with no commuting day this week I’d feel like working out more, but no, I felt lazier, like sleeping more (naps after work). To my credit, I had a headache several days, but come on, Kim.
- Oh my gosh, I stopped on my Friday run to fix my ponytail, happened to look down at my shorts, and had huge holes in both legs! They survived the run and didn’t split, but I had some intense chafing on one side. Ouch!
- I actually did strength workouts this week, yay! They are not as fun without my Efit friends, but they go a lot faster without all my talking!
- Woo hoo, I hit 100 miles run for the month this week! I haven’t even been hitting that many miles run for the month in several months, so to hit it before the end of the month feels good.
- I ran with Bobbi again this week! We did her hills/speed session together on Saturday, and we made sure to keep our distance. It’s not lost on me that I almost always run solo, and now that we have the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve run with Bobbi two weeks in a row. What a time to start being social. Facepalm.
