Notes:
- I took it super easy this week since I had a half marathon on Sunday, and knew I’d be on my feet a ton Friday (traveling and walking around Atlanta) and Sunday (running, watching the trials, walking around Atlanta).
- Xaarlin, L, and I went to the Northern Arizona (NAZ) Elite shakeout run with two of the team coaches on Saturday. About 400 people showed up! I was quickly dropped (and fine with it) from the main group and made some friends in the back of the pack. One of the ladies I ran with was not from AZ but knew one of the coaches because he (and his dad) are from his hometown and she knows their family!
- The half marathon was a lot of fun, even when I was on the struggle bus at the end. I’ll have a full report up Tuesday!
- Monthly recap! In February I ran 93 miles (16 runs) and biked 20 miles (2 indoor rides). I did 3 hill repeat sessions. My coldest run was 17°F and my warmest was 50°F. I taught 7 strength classes and 1 fitness boxing class.
