Notes:

  • I was so happy to run with Rachel on Saturday! I haven’t run with anyone since October! I was pleased I could keep up the pace and still chat – it was fast for me. And it’s the pace I am hoping to hold for the half marathon next week, so that’s a good sign.
  • I’ve had extra “in office” days lately, and it’s frustrating with fitting in a workout. I have a two+ hour commute both ways and don’t want to get up at 3:00 am to workout, haven’t gotten a lunch break to workout, and don’t get home until after 6:30, and don’t want to workout then. But, it also makes me really grateful I don’t do that commute every day! Geesh! And my schedule should get back to normal soon and maybe I can work out on some lunch breaks.
