Notes:

  • I took time off at the beginning of the week because I wasn’t eating much and was too weak to work out. But I’m all better now, yay!
  • I have my watch covered when I run in the winter, but happened to see two of my splits on my Sunday long run, and they were quicker than I thought they’d be, so I wondered if my overall pace would be quicker! Ha, no, I just happened to see my two fastest splits. Ha ha ha. Ha.
  • I keep doing this dumb thing where I think I can go from where I’m at now with running, with where I used to be, with weekly mileage and amount of runs (not pace – I am not that dumb). Every week I think I need to get back to six runs and forty miles for the week. NO. I do not. I can try to get there, but not in one week. I’d never expect someone else to jump around in their mileage and runs like that, why did I think I should? So dumb.
