Notes:
- This week was kind of nutso! I had a two city days, a trip to Cleveland that was delayed home three hours, and house guests (that arrived at 11:00 pm Friday night). I had other priorities over running this week (sleep, and spending time with family).
- Monthly recap! In August I ran 107.1 miles (21 runs). My coldest run was 56°F and my warmest was 81°F. I taught 9 strength classes, 1 fitness boxing class, and attended the Efit Games. I knew August would be a low mileage month for me. September should be a bit less nutso.
