Notes:

  • These week was really busy with work and travel, and I didn’t prioritize running. I’m glad I got in the short runs I did!
  • We had a glimpse of fall weather on Friday and it was fab! It was unseasonably cool in Kansas this weekend too, which I enjoyed!
