To find out who is stealing people’s lunches.
I am serious.
Does anyone else find this hilarious?
Surprisingly, I have not yet been a victim. No one seems interested in my veggie sticks, hummus, and vegan hot dogs!

Oh my! I’ve had mine swiped a few times, but never has it been THAT bad! Wow.
That is both hilarious and SAD! The biggest problem we have is an overzealous cleaning person who dumps everything on Friday, even if you mark it with a sign that says, “DO NOT THROW OUT”. Well, I’ve always assumed that’s what it is. Maybe it’s just someone loading up on groceries for the weekend! Hee hee.

That is too funny. And, yet , sad. You must keep us updated on what happens if they discover the culprit.
Umm…..WOW. That beats the sign on our fridge at work which basically says “DON’T STEAL MY SHIT.” That is hilarious! But kind of sad. Who really would steal food in a work place??
that’s…. incredible 🙂 i have been the victim of lunch stealing, though, and it’s SO HORRIBLY ANNOYING!!! especially if you’re broke, so you’re bringing lunch to save money, so going out and buying a new lunch is not really an option? not fun.
That’s pretty funny though if everyone knows about the surveillance, won’t the thief lay off the lunch pilfering? I hope they catch him, haha!
I’d like a camera to be installed so we can see who is NOT doing their kitchen duty. Then the dishwasher is never unloaded and we are forced to use a moldy sponge.

My MO is any communal fridge setting is to have the most unusual lunch (in a strange to them way) in there.

No one steals our lunches, mostly because we usually go out to eat, or skip lunch, or eat non-fridge lunches.
Hahahaa! I guess the fridge thief (or thieves) are meat-eaters.
How big is your office? I have never worked in one, but I would imagine it would be sort of noticeable if you looked across the room and saw someone eating your lunch. I guess they leave the office to eat it?
This is exactly why I pack my lunch in a lunchbox with ice packs.
I take that back, I have worked in one office, the Starwood one, but it didn’t have a company fridge. The break room did have a bed though! Not that we could take naps in it or anything…
Times must be really tough to resort to that. How unfortunate.
lol I can’t believe your office took it that seriously! How sad is it that something like that has to be done at an adult place of work? That person is going to be so embarrassed.
Damn big brother is on the loose. Is it you doing the stealing? Maybe all that good eating has made you want to steal your coworkes deep fried twinkies or something.
My brother’s locker buddy stole his lunch in junior high, so he had to switch lockers. Such a crime!
I do think it’s hilarious that they’re installing cameras…hopefully people don’t start stealing toilet paper!
I had no idea adult would need the same kind of watching as children do. It is cracking me up to think about it…although why the heck is someone stealing other peoples food????

I like Vegan dogs… I think the kind I get is morningstar farms? I don’t remember. I’m not a vegan, but I occassionally go meatless for no reason other than I like to now and then.
