Quit packing your schedule so full. Take time to RELAX.
Ha. Who am I kidding? Even as I write this, I know I have a FULL day ahead, and at least two full weeks. Busy all day at work, busy all night at home. Too much to do.
And about the super long post below – just a Target rant and some food reviews I wanted to share. It ended up super long, so read it only if it interests you.
When you DO take a couple minutes to relax, do you feel guilty, thinking about all the things you could be getting done? Or is that just me?

I do this too- overpack my “free” time. This weekend I had very little plans and things just came up naturally and I didn’t feel stressed. It was pretty awesome.
Oh, I could have written this. I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed lately and keep needing to remind myself to slow down, get off the stinkin’ computer when I DO have time, and go outside and enjoy the warm weather!!!! Ahhhh… ๐
Stacey – That is NOT just you. So even if I DO sit down I make sure I have my comp with me and am working on something.
diane – I still haven’t done that yoga with Steven. I thought I was going to but he did it while I was running. I imagine I would be thinking about all the stuff I had to do the whole time I was doing it.
sizzle – I LOVE weekends like that! LOVE THEM!
Bethany – So this must be a normal feeling, right? I am just worried it’s making me a bit out of it. By the end of last night, I was so fried I could barely form sentences.
