Trying a new pizza place – Cut Stone – on Saturday
Seeing the ice sculptures at Kenosha Snow Daze
There were almost 60 ice sculptures!
Never too cold for ice cream
Sunday morning was beautiful for flying – the clearest I’ve ever seen it. I could see both Milwaukee and Chicago skylines.
We did maneuvers – slow flight, power off stall, steep turns, engine out/engine fire simulation, S turns, turns on a point
Steep turns be steep – usually I can see the horizon line out my window
I could feel the change in Gs!
We got out for a walk later too – gotta take advantage of the sun and “warm” temps!

Not enough downtime but I needed the distractions this weekend.

    Sunshine in the winter – such a mood booster! It’s been very gray here in Belgium…
