I keep harping about how proud of myself I am for being less neurotic about tracking things, but hey, I am proud of me! Look at this example!
See how none of my workouts end in .00 (for example, the top walk is 6.89 instead of 7.00)? I used to be an absolute sticker for ending all workouts at .00 or at least .50! Now I just stop my watch when they are over! (Of course, I do .00 or .50 on the treadmill; I’m not a monster).
Part of why I did this was because of all the tracking and math I was doing for each workout. Whole numbers made it easier. Since I don’t do that anymore I don’t worry about it!
Small baby steps!
Whoa!!!! I know exactly where you’re coming from and this is a big deal. The only distance based workout that I do now is 1.5 miles when I power walk on the treadmill. All of my outdoor cardio workouts are time based and I don’t really look at the ending mileage.
Thank you for making me feel seen!!!! And I am applauding you right back for doing time based and not being nuts about the mileage!
Normalize ending on odd mileage 😉
Yessssssssssssss!
