I did my first run of the year on Wednesday and it felt so good! Yay!

I took time off running because I was no longer enjoying it. I wasn’t taking care of my body and my runs felt horrible! I’ve been focusing more on my health this year and am so excited to get back to running!

My run on Wednesday felt great because:

  • It was around 50°F
  • The sun was out
  • The trail was soft
  • I did a 15 x 1:00 workout (run a min/walk a min, 15 times)
  • I didn’t get too cold during my intervals because it was warm out

Steven and I are talking about doing a 5K together in June and like I said, I AM EXCITED! Yay!
