A few highlights from the weekend!

Friday

• Steven bringing me home a chai to help with my headache. It was a bad headache. I am not supposed to take most pain killers so I was avoiding them… but caffeine is allowed!
• Getting a bunch of spooky mail ready to send out.

Saturday

• Getting a longer run in.
• Painting in the afternoon and watching a horrible 90s movie (Mermaids).
• Helping Steven install the cool bat house he built. And no one getting hurt during the process of installing it! It’s so so heavy, and has to be installed at least 15′ high, so he pushed it up the extension ladder while I pulled it with a rope. I hope lots of bats move in!
• El Famous for dinner.
• Seeing Charlie Berens at the Genesse. We both thought the opener was so so (not even worth looking him up.. sorry), but Charlie had us laughing a ton! I’m so glad we got to see him, and at one of my favorite venues.

Sunday

• Going back to bed and sleeping in past 8:00.
• Breakfast sandwiches.
• Going on a walk together then getting Starbucks.
• Painting in the afternoon. And after dinner. I am trying to rush to get more rocks ready for CatCon! I just had not been prioritizing it and we leave in a few days! Eek! I got 34 painted this weekend.

Lowlights

• Stupid customer service stuff at Target, Starbucks, and Chipotle Friday. It was not my day!
