- I mentioned the specialist said he’d want to see me again if my blood tests (for antibodies) came back positive, and they did. I got the test results back Monday and am still waiting to hear from the doctor on next steps. He’d said he might need to put me on different medication or get more scans. We shall see. I sent a message but haven’t heard anything. Maybe he is waiting to look at the images, which he will get at the end of next week at the earliest.
- (What a blessing and curse to get test results so fast then have to wait to hear from your doctor)
- Toppers has vegan pizza and we tried one this week. A bit expensive but yummy! (I am not really a pizza fan so that says a lot, ha)
- I felt really bad about missing my work conference in DC, but it turns out more than half the folks were virtual. I was surprised. And feel less bad. It didn’t seem like something I needed to be there for, but would have liked to.
- Did you know the National Park Service have alpha codes for the parks/sites/monuments/etc? If it’s one word it’s usually the first four letters, and if it’s two words, it’s usually the first two letters of each word. So Rocky Mountain National Park is not RMNP, but ROMO. Here is an interesting podcast on it! (I learned this at work this week – NPS is a client of mine.)

Oh wowowowowowow, learning that you are not a fan of pizza just broke my brain a little bit (she says while she waits on her Ubereats pizza order to arrive). I guess it’s a little harder to find good vegan pizza, is that why?
I hope your specialist calls you SOON to explain your test results! Argh, the waiting game must be frustrating.
Ha! I am sorry! It’s is a vegan thing and a not liking red sauce thing! So this was a pesto vegan pizza and perfect for me! How was your Ubereats?
Thank you! It only took a week and my PCP bugging them, as you know!
