Notes:

  • I was really diligent about walking this week, in hopes that doing it will keep my blood circulating well through my leg so it doesn’t get as swollen. I also elevated it all night, and did legs up the wall a few times.
  • I ran on Saturday morning and that felt good. I will ease back in to it, like the ER doctor advised.
