Notes:
- There was such a nice breeze Tuesday am (and Monday too)!
- On Tuesday evening when I stepped out of Steven’s car I had a sharp pain in my inner left ankle. I couldn’t put my heel down for a few minutes and had to hobble into the house. Now that ankle is swollen and puffy.
- I was a bit bummed to be walking Thursday morning when it was so beautiful out (high 50s! low dew point!) and not running, but my left leg felt quite tender after Tuesday and it seemed like the smart thing to do.
- I had fun walking and riding with Dad while he was here. My back tire started losing air again at the end of our ride and when we got home Dad took the tire apart and found a tiny piece of metal in it! We took it out and put a new tube in it, AGAIN. I had just picked the bike up from its annual tune-up on Wednesday and was frustrated to be having issues with it, but there’s no way they would have found that little piece of metal unless they themselves rode it for a few miles then took it apart to find what was causing the hole in the tube.
