Notes:

  • I thought I would ride my bike on the 4th (but had a flat I didn’t want to mess with) or at least go for a walk but… I was lazy and chilled instead!
  • Omg the flies. The deer flies. They’re making me nuts. I go into a shaded part of the trail for a break for the sun and the flies just circle me. On Friday one flew in to my mouth. Ugh. On Sunday, I stopped my run and let one land on my arm just so I could kill it.
  • I was not looking forward to my Saturday ride on the trails. I feel so slow and clunky on the mountain bike. But it went decently enough! I will be excited to get my road bike back from its tune-up this week.
