Notes:

  • I took Monday off because we saw the new Top Gun movie when I normally would have worked out. Worth it!
  • I still have a small knot on the back of my left ankle! What the what! I am going to ask my GP what she thinks when I see her in July.
  • I was worried Wednesday’s run would be horrible because the heat index was so high but thankfully there was a bit of a breeze.
  • I normally would not have run two days in a row, especially my long run, but the weather looked to be cooler Saturday am. And it did feel good out!
  • I see this man walking on the weekends when I am doing my long run. Last week we high-fived and this week I saw him twice on the same run. He stopped me to talk to the second time and told me I inspire him, but also gave me a speech about how he lost so much weight… to inspire me? It just made me feel judged for being overweight. Thanks…? Ha ha.
