Notes:

  • The warm air felt so nice Monday, even though it was super windy (and buggy, ugh, why). I felt good, but my stomach started to hurt during my run and I had a bathroom emergency! Lame!
  • I got too warm Tuesday night and woke up feeling sweaty on Wednesday… and decided to just do my run then instead of take two showers that day. Ha! It was so humid out! A nice change from the cold and wind though. And it was nice to get a run in before work.
  • The wind was back Friday. So annoying
  • I had a wonderful walk with my new friend Kris on Saturday. We chatted for 1.5 hours and it was so fulfilling. I left feeling so energized. And with a huge blister. Ugh.
  • I felt good on my Sunday run, yay! I hope I can get one double digit run in this month but it might be too much of a stretch since 5 is the most I’ve done in a few weeks.
