Notes:
- I started my week off so so tired and discouraged to work out. But I still did a little to get my daily movement in. I totally thought I was going to skip my Tuesday run, but I did it, and felt pretty good! I’m glad I didn’t skip it.
- But then I took an extra day off running because my left knee is feeling a bit meh. Okay, and because my tiredness and discouraged-ness continued throughout the week.
- I forgot my gloves for my Sunday run! I am lucky it was not one of those cold and windy days. It felt warmer than it was.
- Monthly recap! In March I ran 68.2 miles (16 runs). My coldest run was 28°F and my warmest was 65°F. I walked 12 times and did 7 strength workouts.
