Notes:

  • It was in the lows 70s when I left my house for our Monday walk, wearing a tank top, then it dropped to the mid 40s during our walk! Good thing Steven brought a jacket!
  • My Tuesday and Thursday runs were in a light rain, which I don’t mind, if I can warm up right away when I get home!
  • I thought my stomach hurt because I was so hungry after Thursday’s run, but after it still hurt after eating, I think it because I was running what is “fast” for me right now. The good news is, that is just the pace that felt right, I wasn’t pushing it. (It did help that I was listening to music!)
  • Geesh Saturday’s run felt so cold! Blah! It took me a long time to warm up after. And I felt pretty sluggish during it.
  • I had higher hopes to run farther Sunday but was just over the freaking cold. At least it was sunny!
  • I really don’t enjoy writing these recaps anymore and need to decide if there is any value in keeping them up. Everything on this blog feels like a chore now. Eek.
