Notes:

  • Ooo, I am so happy I moved my long run from last Sunday to this Monday! It was much less windy and the sun came out at the end of my run and it felt so good. Yay! My left knee has been feeling a bit sore at the beginning of my shorter runs and it was fine for that run. And I got to catch up on two fun podcasts episodes. Great start to the week!
  • And I had a great end to the week with another long run – it was my fastest run of the week! I waited until the afternoon to run and went to a paved preserve and felt so good – my last mile was so fast. I felt like my old self. Yay!
  • I was so glad Bobbi could walk with me on Saturday and we could catch up! That’s always a treat. And I loved that I knew she would show up even though it was cold. You just have to dress right!
