Notes:

  • I was really excited it was so warm for my Tuesday run. I don’t mind running in the cold but I feel so much slower. Wonder if it’s in my head or if my body just isn’t warming up.
  • On Saturday I decided to push my long run to Sunday when it was warmer and I felt so good! I’d like to try this run schedule out – Tu/Th/Sa/Su – four runs a week would be nice.
  • Monthly recap! In January I ran 52.5 miles (14 runs). I walked 16 times, snowshoed 1 time, and did 10 strength workouts.
