Highlight of the Week: Feeling strong on my long run.

Notes:

  • Whoa, Tuesday was weird! I was working in the afternoon and all of a sudden felt hot and sick, like I might throw up. I had to stop work immediately and go lie down. Then I felt better within a few hours (and could still do a treadmill walk, ha ha). I think it was a super oily lunch combined with a chai – not a winning combo. Oops.
  • On Sunday I had the luxury of waiting to do my long run when it warmed up to 30°F, and it was so nice. And the sun was out! I am so glad I could wait and do it in the middle of the afternoon instead of first thing in the morning when it was 8°F.
  • Apparently I didn’t have a lot to say about this week but I am glad I got 4 runs in and am back on my every other day running schedule.
