Notes:

  • I felt like I was shuffling on Monday’s run! Maybe my body just couldn’t warm up since it was 11° with a feel of -3°.
  • But it felt so nice and warm when I ran on Wednesday! That was great! I had so much energy! It was a faster run for me.
  • My Friday run was a faster clip too. I ran then got a chai then took a hot bath and felt sick from taking too hot of a bath. Ugh. I need to quit doing that.
  • I did a quick strength workout Saturday morning before I drove to Iowa, but did a lot of reps since I was doing such a short workout, and really felt it Sunday! Almost more than a longer slower workout.
  • It was so nice to walk with my dad on Sunday! I meant it to be a run day, and past Kim would have beat herself up for walking instead but when my dad said yes to a walk I was really happy. It was in the low teens but with no wind it actually felt great out, ha!
