Notes:
- It was 4°F when I woke up Monday! I waited until lunch to run. I felt really strong again, like last Thursday. Maybe midday running is for me!
- I was not so lucky on Wednesday – I waited until lunch to run again but it was so cold and windy. Blah! Tis the season.
- It kept getting colder and colder (duh). I ran on Friday, but on Sunday opted to snowshoe instead. Not that I warm up any more doing that, but I don’t get as sweaty, and that’s a win. And I only fell once. (Thank you Steven, for the idea to snowshoe!).
- I am really loving walking on the treadmill… because I can screw around on my phone on the same time, muah ha ha.
I’ve never been snowshoeing but it looks right up my alley.
I have started walking on my tread recently too! I ordered myself a tread desk so I can work and walk.
Yes! I bet you would love it. I hope you can try it!
Oh fun! When will it come?
Oh, fun! I assume you own your own snowshoes? I have done it once, years ago, and would love to try it again but honestly don’t know where to start! Any suggestions? Should I rent some first?
Love the treadmill walks. And yes, the dinking on the phone is one of the good parts of working out indoors. 😉
I do! I love that you want to do it again! You should definitely rent some and go to a dirt trail that has some snow on it and see if you enjoy it! Remember to use a wider stance.
It totally is! LOL
