Notes:

  • I decided to run two days in a row this week because it was just so (insanely) warm on Wednesday. I wonder if I can start doing that weekly – do a run in the morning one day and then in the afternoon the next day. Hmm.
  • I ran during my lunch break on Friday and it felt so nice to run in the warm sun on the soft trail. I even remembered to put sunscreen on!
  • I was too lazy to strength or cross train this week. I’ve just been making other things a priority. I don’t really see myself doing it this week either, but maybe…
  • On that note, I was thinking last night about how glad I am I don’t do the commute to teach strength classes anymore. It just took up too much time. I miss my students and the comradery of working out in a group, but am much happier now.
