Notes:
- I wake up each morning with my right foot all tight, in a supination position. And sometimes my right toes hurt, like they actually needed to warm up on my Monday run. I wonder if this is some weird form of plantar fasciitis coupled with my odd supination. Fun times.
- Last Sunday and this Tuesday’s strength workout left me quite sore, yay!
- Two of my runs were in the rain this week, and I am grateful they didn’t make me miserably cold. You never know this time of year.
- Ha, I felt like I was getting faster with each run this week, but I was actually getting slower. I feel like I could add in some easy speedwork now, if I wanted to. I think my body could handle it.
- We just got back from a road trip and I got to run in two states I hadn’t before! On Sunday morning I ran around downtown Lincoln, Nebraska, and had a lot of fun hiding rocks on my run.
- Monthly recap! In November I ran 51.9 miles (14 runs). I walked 2 times and did 7 strength workouts.
