- I noticed Ned’s fur smelled really good, like vanilla, which is odd, since he has the stinkiest farts and poop. Why does his fur smell so good?! I finally figured it out – he lives in the bathroom at night and one of my body washes is vanilla – be must be rolling around in the bathtub and absorbing the vanilla smell!
- When Ned first moved in he looked at the outside all sad, like he wanted to be out there. Now, I can have an outside door wide open and he just sits there like, no thanks. Ha.
- He’s still chasing the other cats whenever they come downstairs, which is making me nuts.
- GAH. When I was leaving to run Monday morning I found a huge package a the end of our driveway. At first I thought it was garbage but it was something I ordered, that was apparently too difficult to bring to our house. Annoying. Our street is pretty safe but it was out there overnight and someone could have easily grabbed it.
- One of my Instagram friends is a potter and sent me this mug! Isn’t it gorgeous?!
- I bought a Uproot Clean lint tool, and it came this week, and using it is a delight. I won’t show the photos of all the cat (and human) hair it gets out of the carpet, but whoa, it WORKS!

I just cannot get over how darn adorable Ned is. His face just makes me smile!
I have the Uproot lint cleaner, too! It’s so amazing, although I used it a bit too aggressively on my couch and it unraveled some of the stitching, oops. Live and learn, I guess!

OMG Stephany I almost texted you the night I got it cause I really felt like it was something you would like! LOL. Good to know about the couch. I wish I could use it on ours and on our dining room seats!
I am laughing at Ned smelling like vanilla. Picturing him rolling around in the tub (or perhaps drawing a bubble bath while you’re sleeping? :>)
The package thing would drive me bonkers. What, it was too hard to get up the driveway to the actual, you know, *house*??? Sheesh.

Gosh. I am really wondering about it. Maybe they had a semi that could not get down our driveaway? Gah. I am so glad I saw it in time.
